Porsche 911...powered by Subaru EG33 flat-6. The alternative to cost of maintenance, tunability and in this case, cost to replace a 911 engine.....I can't decide whats better! This sounds quite nice. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! :

I was all up for it, until I saw that it was an air cooled Porsche. Now that is just sacrilege!

I'm a bit of a purist...but this doesn't seem to bother me as it takes the piss out of the Porsche purists :)
Plus it's not got the look of a hatchet job...looks really well done.

American small blocks in E-Types and Ferrari 308s also make more sense. Cheaper, just as (if not more) powerful.
Just can't do it.

Depending.....that 5.0 coyote...just siiiinnnngggs up high......I wonder what that would be like in a 308...oh boy. I actually want a 308gt4....I think it's a reasonable bet on appreciation. not like the classic 250's and what not...but they didn't make many...and I dig the design...but a swap would be fun.
